VPN subscriptions and client imports

Account → Plan → Subscription → Import → Verify connection. Set up your account and plan in the dashboard, then connect from your device.

Interfaces vary across platforms and client versions. This guide refers to features such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” and “Import from link”; the exact menu labels may differ. For specific buttons, system permission prompts, and installation steps, follow the instructions in your user dashboard.

Create an account and sign in to the dashboard

Start by opening the VPNQI user dashboard. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Follow the on-screen instructions and double-check your entries before submitting, especially uppercase and lowercase letters, spaces, and your keyboard input mode. Your account details are used to sign in, manage your plan, and access your subscription. Store them in a trusted password manager, and never write your password in a public document or shared note.

After creating your account, follow the dashboard prompts to reach the signed-in page. If you are still on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just saved; there is no need to create another account. Open the account overview and make sure you are using the intended account before choosing a plan. The dashboard in your browser manages your account, orders, and subscriptions; the client on your device imports server configurations and connects to the network.

When you switch computers or use another device, sign in to the dashboard with the same account. VPNQI supports unlimited devices, but you must import the configuration and grant system permissions separately on each one. Creating an account does not connect a device to a server. You still need to activate a plan, get your subscription, and connect from the client.

Choose a plan and review your order

After signing in, open the plans section in the dashboard. Check the billing method first, then compare data allowances rather than choosing based on price alone. Monthly subscriptions are suited to regular use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, so check the reset date shown in your account instead of assuming it follows the calendar month. Browsing, using AI tools, and streaming video use different amounts of data; choose an allowance that fits your needs.

If your usage varies, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They do not expire, and you can use the data until it runs out. The key difference between a data package and a monthly subscription is how the data is used, not how you import it into a client. Before choosing, check the selected option, amount due, and billing details. This page does not specify free data or a free period; refer to the benefits shown in the dashboard.

When you reach the order page, choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT and follow the payment instructions. After paying, return to the user dashboard to check the order status and confirm the active plan in your account overview. The dashboard’s final status is the source of truth while payment and account benefits sync. If the status has not updated, refresh the order or overview first; do not submit the same order repeatedly just because the change is not yet visible.

VPNQI offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for application details. If you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the actual calculation in the dashboard before upgrading rather than estimating it from a full month’s price difference. Once your plan is active, continue to the next step to get your subscription. For a side-by-side comparison, read plan pricing and billing details.

Choose This Plan

Get your subscription and keep the link secure

Open the account overview in the user dashboard and check that your plan is active and data remains before looking for the subscription or import option. The subscription link lets a client retrieve the server configuration for your account. It is not a regular web address or an installer link. Paste it into the client’s subscription field; opening it in a browser does not prove that your connection is working.

If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, follow the instructions shown. For a manual import, copy the entire link and keep every character intact. Parameters at the end are part of the address. Missing characters, extra spaces, or an incomplete copy split across lines can cause an update to fail. Copy directly from the dashboard into the client to avoid changes introduced by messaging apps or documents.

Your subscription link contains account-related access credentials, so treat it as private information. Do not post it in public forums, show the full address in support screenshots, or submit it to online conversion tools you do not trust. When contacting support, share your client platform, the error message, and where the issue occurs, but first conceal your subscription link and other sensitive account details. If you think someone else has obtained the link, check the dashboard for a reset option. If you cannot find one, ask how to proceed through a dashboard support ticket.

After a plan change or server configuration update, refresh the subscription in your client to sync its local list with the dashboard. Updating the subscription only refreshes the configuration; it may not connect automatically. Make sure the update completes and the server list appears, then choose an exit server and connect. If the overview has no subscription option, first check that you are signed in to the right account and that your plan is active. For a detailed explanation, read How to get, import, and update a subscription link.

Import a client on each platform

After signing in to the dashboard, open the client downloads section and choose the VPNQI client for your device. The relevant download option is available with an active plan; follow the instructions in the dashboard rather than applying installation steps for another platform. This guide does not provide static installer links or real subscription links. Use a network client that supports subscription imports, not a browser extension or a general-purpose download tool.

After installation, look for an option such as “Subscription,” “Configuration Management,” or “Import from link.” Usually, you need to add the subscription address, save it, and refresh the configuration before servers appear in the local list. You can name it VPNQI to make it easy to identify; use only the address from your own dashboard. The platform sections below explain what may differ. If your interface does not match the description, follow the instructions for that client in the dashboard.

Windows: configuration and system proxy

Download the client for Windows, follow the installer prompts, and open the main interface. Find the configuration or subscription manager, then choose Add, Import from link, or a similar option. Paste the subscription address copied from your account overview, save it, and refresh the configuration. When the server list appears, select the imported configuration to avoid using another one saved earlier in the client.

Next, choose a server and connect. If the client requires the system proxy or a related network mode, configure it as described in the dashboard. An open client window does not mean your browser is using the connection. If Windows asks for network permission, verify the app’s source and grant permission according to the instructions. Avoid running another proxy tool at the same time, so the browser uses the connection you intended.

macOS: add a subscription and grant network permissions

Install the macOS client and follow the system and dashboard instructions if macOS asks for permission to open it the first time. Go to the configuration or subscription page, add the link copied from the dashboard, save it, and refresh the configuration. Check that the server list appears. If the interface separates subscription sources from active configurations, select the VPNQI configuration you just added before choosing a server.

When connecting, macOS may ask to allow a network configuration or grant network extension permissions. Check the app in System Settings, grant the required permissions, then return to the client and try again. Reimporting the same subscription repeatedly usually will not help until you have handled the permission prompt. For a fuller walkthrough, see macOS setup: from installation to connection checks.

Android: import a link and allow the connection

On your Android device, use the dashboard to find the client for your device, then install it as instructed. In the client, open the configuration, subscription, or add menu and choose to import from a link. Paste the complete subscription address and save it. Refresh the configuration and check that server names appear in the list, then select the current configuration. If you can see only the saved name and no servers, check that you refreshed the configuration and copied the full address.

When you connect for the first time, Android usually displays a prompt to allow the network connection. Verify the app and grant permission, then return to the client to check its status. If the connection works at first but often drops after the screen locks, check the app’s background activity and battery settings, following your device’s instructions. Do not assume a background activity issue means you need to get a new subscription.

iOS: add a configuration and confirm system prompts

On iOS, use the download option and instructions in the dashboard to get the right client. Open the subscription, configuration, or add page in the client, choose Import from link, paste your own subscription address, and save it. If you use a quick import option in the dashboard, make sure it opens the intended app and finish saving the configuration there rather than leaving it on the browser’s redirect page.

After refreshing the subscription, choose a server and connect, then allow the network configuration when prompted by iOS. Once permission is granted, return to the client and check that the connection is on. The system status indicator can help show whether a connection has been established, but it cannot replace an actual access check. Continue to the next step and open a website or app to make sure it works.

Linux: follow your client’s instructions

VPNQI also supports Linux. Get the relevant option from the dashboard and follow the instructions for your distribution and client to install, import the configuration, and set up the connection. Desktop environments and permission management differ, so do not assume the Windows system proxy steps apply. If the client updates successfully but apps still cannot connect, first check whether they are using the intended proxy mode, then look for the issue in the help center.

ConnectionVerification

After importing the configuration, select a server in the client and connect. For your first connection, choose an exit location that suits the service you want to use; there is no need to change the protocol, proxy mode, and other advanced settings at the same time. A connected status means the connection process has progressed, but you still need to check whether the app actually works. Choosing a server type or protocol is a later optimization, not a prerequisite for your first connection.

Open the international website or AI tool you normally use. Check that the page loads fully and that sign-in requests complete, then try an actual task. For streaming, check whether the content you want plays rather than just checking that the home page opens. Platforms may also have account, region, and content licensing requirements; a successful network connection does not guarantee that all content is available. Keep the same exit location during testing so frequent region changes do not complicate the results.

If the client has no server list, return to the subscription page and check the address and update status. If the list looks fine but the connection fails, try another server in the same region. If the client says it is connected but your browser still cannot access the site, check whether the system proxy or network mode is enabled and whether another networking tool is running. Change one thing at a time, then revisit the same destination so you can tell what made a difference.

Next, return to the account overview and confirm that your plan is still active and you have data remaining. If the issue started after an upgrade or plan update, refresh the dashboard status first, then update the client subscription. Do not repeatedly create accounts, pay again, or delete all your configurations just because one website will not load. Keeping the current configuration and error message usually makes it easier to identify the cause.

Once the connection is stable, you can import the configuration on other devices using the same steps. VPNQI supports unlimited devices, but each device needs its own permissions and connection setup. Closing the client on one device does not set up the others. This service does not keep logs as part of its privacy policy; you are still responsible for keeping your account password and subscription link secure.

You are set up when your plan is active, the subscription has updated, servers appear in the client, the connection is on, and the website or app you need works in practice. Completing just one of these steps does not mean setup is finished.

For common error messages, permissions, and billing questions, visit the Help Center. For protocol differences, direct and relayed network topologies, or choosing a server during peak hours, read the technical reference for protocols and servers. You do not need to understand every technical detail before getting started. If you still cannot identify the issue, open a support ticket in the user dashboard. Include your device platform, the client message, your plan status, and the steps you have already tried, but conceal sensitive information.
