Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This policy explains refund eligibility, how to request a refund, and payment verification requirements for VPNQI subscriptions. Check it against your payment record; billing details are on the Packages page, and account rules are in the Terms of Use.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. The window is verified against the first successful payment record, not the date you installed the client, first connected, or imported the subscription. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied or complete troubleshooting first.
Submit your request through the user panel within the window, and keep a record of your submission. Order verification or payment-channel processing that continues beyond the window does not change the time of a request submitted on time.
The first-payment refund commitment does not reopen the refund window for every renewal, duplicate payment, or upgrade. For orders outside the window, subsequent payments, or disputed duplicate charges, submit the specific order for review; the same commitment does not apply automatically.
Data Usage and Account Issues
Normal connections, subscription imports, and use of plan data are not, by themselves, grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund within the window. No minimum unused-data percentage for refunds has been published, and there is no separate threshold stating that refunds are unavailable after a certain amount of data has been used.
If a request involves usage beyond the plan allowance, an unusual order amount, or a dispute over account violations, the data usage, order, and relevant terms should be reviewed separately. An issue label alone should not be treated as grounds to reduce a refund. If action is taken on an account, the specific basis should be explained, and refund disputes should be handled separately from account-use disputes.
Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. This billing feature does not mean refunds are available at any time. Data package orders are still reviewed against the first-payment window and the corresponding payment record. Using all the data does not automatically create a refund request.
How to Apply and What to Provide
Sign in to the user panel, go to the support ticket portal, and clearly request a refund. Provide your username, order number, payment date and time, amount paid, and payment method. If you have multiple orders, specify which payment the request concerns to avoid confusion with renewals or upgrades.
If a payment record cannot be matched, you may provide proof of payment or a transaction reference. Redact information unrelated to verification from screenshots. Do not share your account password, full subscription link, or other account credentials. Support staff should request only the additional information needed to verify the order.
Please keep follow-up documents and status questions in the same ticket where possible. Submitting a request does not mean the refund is complete; confirm the result using both the ticket updates and the actual payment-channel records.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
VPNQI supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay payments should preferably be returned through the original payment channel, with the channel’s records used to confirm the status. If the original channel cannot process the refund, explain this in the ticket and confirm a workable approach before proceeding. Do not redirect funds to an unverified recipient account.
USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay; do not assume that the same automatic return-to-source option is available. For a refund, confirm the network, receiving address, and order details in the ticket. Explain the refund amount and any potential fees in advance; no exchange rate or fee amount is assumed.
Do not change the receiving address based only on a username or an external message. An incorrect address or network may affect receipt of funds, so check each detail before submitting.
Checking Refund Status and Resolving Disputes
Refund arrival times depend on order verification, payment-channel processing, and relevant network conditions. VPNQI does not provide an unconfirmed fixed arrival timeframe. Ticket acknowledgment, refund approval, and actual receipt are different statuses; an acknowledgment is not proof that funds have been credited.
If the refund has not arrived, share the status shown by the payment channel in the original ticket and request a review of the refund record. If you dispute the eligibility decision or outcome, you may ask for the relevant order, request date, and terms to be specified. See the Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is used.
