Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to VPNQI Network Acceleration subscription services. Before using the service, please read this page and the related policies. If you have questions about these terms or an order, contact us through the user panel ticket system. These terms do not waive any rights granted to users by law.
Service Scope
VPNQI provides international routes and subscription management for cross-border access and access to international websites. Coverage includes 120+ countries / 210+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage does not mean every route will connect at all times, and platform support does not guarantee compatibility with every operating system version or network environment.
Service delivery is based on the active plan, subscription status, and corresponding access point shown in the user panel. Clients and subscriptions are available after logging in, and an active plan is required to access the relevant download options. International websites, AI tools, and streaming platforms are operated by their respective providers. Account eligibility, regional rules, and content licensing for those services are not covered by VPNQI service commitments.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Users should keep their login details and subscription links secure and are responsible for use on devices they authorize. If you suspect your details have been exposed, change your password promptly and contact support through the panel for guidance on your subscription. Do not include your full password or subscription credentials in a ticket.
There is no device limit for personal devices used by the same account holder. This does not permit reselling the service, publicly sharing subscription links, or sharing an account with other users. You may not connect a subscription to a proxy service offered to others for a fee or public access, or distribute this service’s resources through bulk forwarding.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Prices and traffic allowances are listed on the plans page. Before taking action, check the plan, billing method, and order details shown in the panel. The device limit does not change the traffic allowance of the selected plan.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located, as well as the terms of use of the websites and apps they access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, violating others’ privacy, distributing illegal content, infringing intellectual property, accessing systems without authorization, or disrupting network operations.
You may not use the service to send spam, conduct malicious attacks, or disrupt other users’ normal connections. Users are responsible for confirming that their access, data processing, and use of content are properly authorized. For VPNQI’s no-logs policy, see the Privacy Policy. That policy does not remove users’ obligation to use the service lawfully.
Availability and Liability
Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, carrier links, destination websites, and maintenance changes. VPNQI does not guarantee a fixed speed, fixed latency, continuously available exit point, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms. During route maintenance or changes, users can check for subscription updates and try another suitable route.
If an issue occurs, include the platform, client, route, and error message in a support ticket to help with troubleshooting. Responsibility for issues caused by changes to third-party services, device failures, or force majeure should be assessed based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that VPNQI is legally required to bear or limit statutory remedies.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for instructions.
Account Suspension and Termination
If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or another material breach of these terms, VPNQI may suspend the relevant access based on the risk and review the circumstances. Service may be terminated if a serious or ongoing violation is confirmed. Any action should be proportionate to the nature and impact of the conduct; ordinary connection problems are not considered violations.
If you disagree with an action, you may submit an explanation and relevant records through a panel ticket. Account actions, order disputes, and refunds are handled separately based on the facts, applicable policies, and relevant law. Suspending access does not automatically cancel rights users are entitled to by law.
Changes and Notices
If these terms need to change due to service updates or legal requirements, VPNQI will publish the revisions on this page and update the month of the last update. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an on-site notice or a message in the user panel, including the changes and how they apply.
Changes should not retroactively reduce statutory rights related to orders already placed. If you disagree with a revision, raise the issue through a ticket before continuing to use the service. VPNQI will explain how it will be handled based on the order status and applicable rules. Privacy and refund matters are governed by their respective policies.
