Choose a service based on the exit region, route type, and your needs—not on route counts as a guarantee of connection quality.
Choosing Routes & Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on the region where your target service is available, then compare the connection performance of dedicated, relayed, and direct routes. If performance fluctuates during peak evening hours, try another route in the same region, then check your client, subscription updates, and local network. Availability of streaming services and AI tools depends on the platform and region; a region name alone does not guarantee access.
If you run into an issue, start with the Help Center. For further assistance, submit a ticket through the user panel with the platform, route name, and error message. Describe the issue without sharing your password or full subscription link.
Privacy & Information Collection
VPNQI keeps no logs and follows a data-minimization approach when handling account and service information. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. For details on how information needed for accounts, orders, and support is used and managed, see the Privacy Policy. A no-logs policy is not an absolute guarantee of safety in every use case.
Billing & Refunds
Monthly subscriptions reset data each month on the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT.
